Mechanism of Action

AmioRaft Suspension acts differently from conventional antacids. After oral administration, Sodium Alginate reacts with gastric acid to form a thick, gel-like “raft” that floats on top of the stomach contents. This raft creates a physical barrier that prevents acid reflux into the esophagus, thereby relieving heartburn and regurgitation.
